Julie is very active in collective bargaining both in the role of spokesperson or, where needed, as a behind the scene support throughout the bargaining process.
Julie is known for her proactive and strategic advice on management/union relations, collective agreement interpretation, common/related employer issues, employment standards, terminations, layoffs, occupational health and safety, workplace violence, workplace harassment and bullying, discrimination, managing disability and the duty to accommodate, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and the labour and employment aspects of corporate restructuring, downsizing and sale of business.
